It has been our head trainer Halle's dream and goal to be apart of a business that has made it the focal point to teach humans how to communicate with dogs. Using balanced training and dog behavioral science, Halle has founded Deeper Connections LLC to nurture our dogs' purposes and rehabilitate those who have strayed off course. About the head trainer, owner, and founder Halle Tennison:
Halle has worked in the animal industry as long as she legally could. At 15 and a half she began her journey in animal nutrition and product knowledge. From the age of 8, Halle has been apart of conditioning and training dogs. Halle grew up with 14 animals, 3 of which were dogs, and found her passion for connection through these companions.
In 2021, Halle graduated from the Animal Behavioral College of Santa Clarita and has the title of a ABCDT. She is also licensed in Animal CPR. It is her mission as a now professional dog trainer is to bridge the gap of miscommunication between us owners and our dogs. Halle believes firmly in Balanced Dog Training. This gives your dog accountability and teaches consequences. There is no light with out dark and no dark without light. Using classic Positive Reinforcement techniques and necessary corrections we can achieve anything with our dogs.

Specialty Board and Train Camps
2-Week On Leash Manners
Just want pup to have clear lead communication and curb some undesirable habits?
Looking to learn how to crate train? This experience will be a basic course on how to walk on lead, sit, down, place and heel. This comes with an hour and a half drop-off session.

3-Week Advanced Obedience
For the more inspired owner. Your pup will learn about being wholly engaged. This course teaches your dog on lead manners, sit, down, come, place, heel and stay.
With twenty one days of activity, your dog will achieve a higher understanding of the e-collar. Crate training included.

4-6 Week Behavioral Modification
This course is for high anxiety, reactive, aggressive, or overly excited dogs.
If you struggle and stress with simple social situations, this course is perfect for your dog.

Private Sessions
These are hourly, one-on-one sessions. We meet at either an agreed upon location, or the owner's home.

Puppy Camp
For fully vaccinated puppies ages 13 weeks to 8 months old. This camp is a foundation builder for puppies to learn and grow to their best abilities.
Your puppy will learn Sit, Down, Loose leash walking, Place, Come, Drop and will be crate trained.

Halle is a true dog whisperer. In a matter of weeks, Halle transformed our impulsive, mischievous, and very energetic 2 year old Berner Chester into a responsive, obedient, and cheerful K-9 who is dutiful and wants to please his keepers.
Of course, most of the issues were likely us and not our dog but Halle gave us the framework to live with Chester in a way that was enjoyable for him and us. We have since been able to give our dog more “free” space and even trust him off leash. It has been a truly remarkable transformation for all of us.
